Job Title: Consultant Programe Coordination

Location: New Delhi
Experience: 4+ Years

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with States/UTs, Indian Missions, industry partners, tourism boards, and other stakeholders.
• Support the planning and execution of tourism promotion campaigns, events, workshops, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and implementation trackers.
• Follow up with stakeholders and agencies to ensure timely execution of activities and deliverables.
• Coordinate with external agencies and Ministry officials for smooth implementation of approved programes.
• Prepare progress reports, status updates, and briefing notes for senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Tourism, Management, Public Policy, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field (Mandatory).
• 4+ years of post-qualification experience in programe coordination, tourism promotion, government projects, consulting, stakeholder management, or event coordination.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and timelines.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline will be preferred.
