Program Coordinator (Open for Fresh Graduates)

Please note:

• This role requires full-time onsite work at our office at Gaysorn Tower.
• The role is focused on program delivery and execution and is not a consulting role.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Work with the Program Manager to plan and deliver innovation-driven programs (e.g. workshops, bootcamps, seminars, and more).
• Help design, organize, and monitor multiple projects running under the same program.
• Coordinate across teams and partners to ensure smooth program execution.
• Provide hands-on support to the program team and other internal stakeholders.
• Assist in managing timelines, budgets, and activities across all program phases.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or account management. Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome too!
• Familiarity with project and program management tools, techniques, and best practices is a BIG plus!
• A big-picture thinker who also knows how to keep track of the details.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with people from different teams and backgrounds.
• A multitasker who’s solution-oriented and not afraid to get creative when solving problems.
