Conference Coordinator – Fresher

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident freshers to join our team as Program Coordinators.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate with speakers, delegates, and participants.
• Make calls and follow up with clients and participants.
• Assist in organizing conferences and events.
• Manage registrations and event-related information.
• Coordinate with the internal team.
• Maintain basic records and reports.
• Support the team during conferences and events.
• Handle assigned tasks and complete them on time.

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Any Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication skills.
• Comfortable speaking over the phone.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Good coordination and time-management skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
