• Drive End-to-End Technology Recruitment

  • Identify and connect with high-quality talent across regions.
  • Build meaningful conversations with candidates.
  • Engage and influence passive candidates toward career opportunities.
• Partner with Stakeholders
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Understand business requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Deliver timely and effective hiring outcomes.
• Think Beyond Traditional Sourcing
  • Leverage diverse sourcing strategies beyond platforms such as LinkedIn and Naukri, including:
  • Talent communities
  • Employee referrals
  • Niche talent platforms
  • Direct outreach
  • Creative Sourcing Channels
