Designation**: Program Counsellor**
Location**: Koramangala/Malleshwaram**
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Provide career guidance to students on various educational programs and courses offered by the institution.
• Conduct admission counseling sessions with prospective students, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth enrollment process.
• Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in education counseling or related field (admissions/career counselling).

• Strong knowledge of Kannada language is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with diverse groups of people.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in an inside sales environment.
