Program Director - Artesia IV

Position Purpose: Providesoverall management of an Independent Visions Program Office.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Recruit and hire staff

· Train or oversee training of staff

· Follow administrative procedures in timely and accurate manner

· Submit accurate and timely Client billing, and Personnel documents

· Participate in the development of administrative policy and procedures

· Screen, select, complete admission procedures, and program assignment of clients

· Implement Injury and Illness Prevention Program

· Oversee client assessment and ISP development and implementation

· Communicate effectively with other service providers and funding agency personnel

· Perform outreach to referral agencies, parents, and prospective clients.

· May work with and/or coordinate with outside consultants (nutritional, nursing, parenting or behavioral)

· Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance Standards

· Monitor program expenditures

· May be required to provide direct service to consumers

· All other duties as assigned by Regional Director

· Mandated Abuse Reporter

Salary + Incentive + Mileage

Must obtain and maintain DOJ/FBI fingerprint clearance, have a good DMV driving record and pass a job related physical, must have a car and provide on-going proof of auto insurance.
