Program Director

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Program Director to lead and oversee comprehensive programs designed to support homeless youth . In this pivotal role, you will drive program development, ensure quality service delivery, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and community partners. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and implementation of programs that promote the well-being and independence of youth and young adults.
• Supervise program staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Manage program budgets effectively, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet organizational goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, community organizations, and funding agencies to support collaborative efforts.
• Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies related to behavioral health and social services.
• Coordinate staff training initiatives focused on best practices in social work, behavioral health interventions, and working with youth.
• Monitor program outcomes through data collection and analysis to continuously improve services and demonstrate impact.

Requirements

• Minumum of a BSW, MSW perferred
• 3-5 years in program and staff mangment with focus on social services and non-profit organiztions.
