Program Director

Program Director - Pay: Starting at $70,000; negotiable based on experience and qualifications $1000.00 sign on bonus.

Lincoln Street, Inc is a private non-profit agency serving individuals with intellectual disabilities. Currently, Lincoln Street is restructuring our team and hiring two new leadership positions. As a Program Director, you will be part of the agency leadership team. You will be responsible for the oversight of Service Coordinators and managing the day-to-day responsibilities which includes, but not limited to: Directing Service Coordinators, working collaboratively with stakeholders involved with individual care, coordinating and facilitating meetings, assuring for compliance with all regulatory guidelines in accordance with the State and agency policies, among other duties.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

· Oversight to Service Coordinator’s responsibilities to assure for State and Agency compliance.

· Work collaboratively with teams and support Service Coordinators to ensure individual’s needs are met

· Support conflict resolution within teams and address barriers through professional leadership.

· Participate in weekly leadership meetings as well as facilitate weekly program meetings

· Reviews and monitor the service agreement support documentation to assure for accuracy, progress and direction

· Maintains regular contact with families, CMOs, individuals, and other team members and retains documentation of all contacts

· Supervise and support home placements

· Coordinate, schedule, and monitor contracted clinical services as needed

· Maintain familiarity with daily program support needs to monitor and ensure services are provided in accordance to their individualized funding

· Maintains a valid driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle at all times

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a human services field including but not limited to: sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, and psychology OR

Associate’s degree in human services field with a minimum of 6 years’ experience of working directly with people with developmental disabilities.

Salary commensurate with experience starting salary $70.000 annually

$1000.00 sign on bonus after successful completion of 3 months.
