Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with local organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and outreach efforts
• Manage data collection processes to monitor program outcomes, impact, and areas for improvement
• Oversee marketing strategies utilizing social media platforms and community events to maximize program visibility
• Provide public speaking engagements to promote programs, share success stories, and advocate for community health initiatives

Skills

• Extensive experience in volunteer management and supervising teams in community settings
• Strong public speaking abilities with experience in community outreach and grassroots organizing
• Proven skills in program development, project management, and fundraising activities
• Knowledge of social media management tools and data collection techniques for program evaluation
• Background in addiction counseling, public health, or social work preferred
• Ability to work effectively with culturally diverse communities and underserved populations
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in client communication and reporting
• Technical proficiency in relevant software applications for project tracking and social media platforms
• Leadership qualities demonstrated through team leadership roles or community engagement initiatives
• Bilingual skills highly desirable; experience working with youth programs or teaching youth is a plus
