Program Director

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead and oversee our organization’s initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing program operations, ensuring strategic alignment, and fostering community engagement. A strong background in working with individuals from underserved communities is essential to effectively guide program development and implementation. Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of programs aligned with organizational goals and mission.
• Oversee daily program activities, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and community partners to design initiatives that meet the needs of underserved populations.
• Monitor program performance through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to improve outcomes.
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure programs are sustainable and effective.

Skills

• Proven experience in program management or leadership roles within nonprofit or community-based organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals from underserved communities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood
• 18 semester hours in early childhood education development.
• 480 hours of child care experience.

Pay: $49,100.00 - $59,200.00 per year
