Job Summary

Rio Hondo Americas Job Center of California “AJCC” at SASSFA, a community service agency is seeking an experienced WIOA Program Director responsible for overseeing a wide variety of services under the Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) Programs.

ABOUT THE POSITION

This position reports to the SASSFA Executive Director. The ideal candidate should have exemplary management, financial and communications skills, and strong customer service orientation. Responsible to organizing, planning and directing Employment and Training Program Services on behalf of the agency including contracts, programs, staffing, budgets, and related services; participates as a member of the Executive Management Team; and performs other related duties

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of program initiatives that align with organizational goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations of programs.
• Supervise and support program staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners to enhance service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting processes for programs, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in service delivery.
• Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness and implement improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with other departments to promote integrated services and holistic care for clients.

Skills

• Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. .
• Excellent relationship management skills to build rapport with clients, families, and communities.
• Administrative experience that includes program management and operational oversight.
• Supervising experience in a relevant field, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in budgeting and financial management related to program operations. This position requires a dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $8,310.00 - $10,609.00 per month
