FEU Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our Electronics Engineering program.

Position Overview
As a Program Director, you will serve as the academic head of the department—driving strategy, leading faculty, and ensuring excellence in curriculum and program delivery aligned with institutional goals.

What You’ll Do

• Lead departmental planning, operations, and program development
• Champion curriculum innovation and academic excellence
• Inspire, mentor, and manage faculty and staff
• Oversee budget planning and resource management
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and institutional standards
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
• Drive initiatives that enhance student success and program growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering
• Master’s degree in a relevant field (required)
• Valid PRC license
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in academe and/or industry

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Strategic, results-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms (e.g., LMS)
• Knowledge of accreditation, budgeting, and data analysis (an advantage)
• AI proficiency, including familiarity with generative AI tools and responsible AI use
