Program Director - ICT

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the delivery of a major Workforce Mobility Program, driving significant Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation across a large and complex enterprise environment.

This strategic program aims to modernise workforce mobility and employee lifecycle processes by implementing streamlined workflows, improving workforce management capabilities, and establishing a single source of truth for employee and HR records.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise Workforce Mobility Program.
• Provide strategic leadership across program governance, planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and assurance activities.
• Drive business case development, program roadmaps, delivery planning, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure program outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, delivery partners, and vendors.
• Lead complex procurement and vendor management activities.
• Oversee program and project teams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and delivery priorities.
• Promote continuous improvement and best practice program delivery methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with governance, information security, risk management, and quality standards.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) or workforce transformation programs.
• Extensive experience delivering enterprise-wide HR, workforce, payroll, or people systems implementations.
• Strong program governance, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Demonstrated success managing large, complex ICT-enabled business transformation initiatives.
• Experience engaging senior executives, government stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Experience delivering programs within large and complex organisations.
• SAP HCM experience is highly desirable.
