  • Lead daily and weekly case rounds focused on treatment planning and disposition with program staff and collateral providers.
  • Ensure clear, timely clinical documentation and approve discharge plans and discharge summaries.
  • Consult with BHN Crisis, emergency departments, inpatient settings, and other providers regarding referrals and treatment planning.
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, supervision, performance management, and professional development for staff and interns.
  • Collect, manage, and analyze program data to advance operational goals while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
  • Provide program on-call coverage as part of the management team rotation.

Who You Are:

  • Ability to independently assess and manage complex clinical situations and high-risk needs.
  • Strong interviewing and assessment skills, including mental status examinations and risk assessments.
  • Excellent planning, organization, critical thinking, decision-making, and team-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with individuals served, families, and service providers.
