Program Director, Sales Technology Delivery

For our client, we are seeking a Program Director, Sales Technology Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will oversee the delivery of a portfolio of sales technology initiatives that support enterprise-wide business objectives and operational effectiveness. The role will work closely with senior leaders, engineering partners, and program management peers to translate strategy into executable roadmaps, strengthen governance, and keep complex programs moving forward. This is a highly visible position responsible for providing clear status, managing risk, and improving how large-scale technology work is delivered across the sales organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $182,000 – $326,700 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for the sales technology portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with leadership to create actionable technology roadmaps and execution plans
• Oversee initiatives and provide status visibility and risk assessments to senior management
• Enhance delivery methodologies and governance frameworks to improve execution standards
• Lead the delivery of large-scale technology programs across the sales organization
• Partner with engineering leads to ensure technical oversight and architectural alignment
• Mentor program managers and third-party partners to support synchronized execution

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in project and program management for complex enterprise technology programs
• Deep expertise in major packaged enterprise applications and custom software development
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong leadership capabilities through indirect authority and matrix management
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field; Master's preferred
