What they need
Our client is an internationally-renown NGO. Due to organizational need, they are seeking the Program Director, Underprivileged Youth Program in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of the program that bridge the gap between services supply and societal needs
- Build strong relationships with schools, NGOs, and program partners
- Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies
Requirements
- Degree holder in relevant discipline
- over 10 years of relevant experience focusing on charity program management
- proven track record in leading and delivering sizable initiatives
- Experience in the education/social welfare/youth development sector will be an advantage
- Passion to serve and contribute to the society
- Fluent in English and Chinese
Less experienced candidate will be considered for a less senior position.
