Program Engineer (Business Development)

Are you an Engineering or Technical professional who enjoys working with customers and driving projects from prototype to mass production?

We are looking for a Program Engineer (Business Development) to join our team. In this role, you will combine your technical knowledge, project coordination and customer management skills to support key accounts, develop new business opportunities and deliver manufacturing solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Manage Key Customer Accounts

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Manage contracts, quotations, pricing and commercial requirements.

Understand customer requirements and provide timely solutions.

Drive Projects from Prototype to EOL

Support customers throughout the product lifecycle, from prototype and NPI through mass production to End-of-Life (EOL).

Work closely with internal teams to ensure projects meet customer requirements, quality and delivery expectations.

Develop New Business

Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition.

Understand customers’ project needs and recommend suitable manufacturing services and solutions.

Participate in customer visits, business meetings and trade shows.

Coordinate with Operations

Work closely with Engineering, Production, Quality and Operations teams to resolve delivery and quality issues.

Follow up on project progress and ensure customer requirements are properly addressed.

Sales & Business Reporting

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering revenue, sales pipeline and business opportunities.

Track account performance and provide updates to management.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or related discipline.

1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, technical sales or a related field.

Candidates with experience in Sales, Engineering, Technical, IT or Electrical roles are welcome.

Knowledge of FPC, PCB or electronics assembly manufacturing will be highly advantageous.

Good communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

Comfortable working with both customers and internal cross-functional teams.

Willing to travel for customer visits and trade shows when required.
