Job Descriptions

• Assist the BD Director with program issues and correspondence
• Coordinate with tooling and equipment suppliers for smooth program launches
• Source tooling and component quotations; handle quotations and packaging requirements for new parts
• Optimize workflows and production layouts to improve machine efficiency
• Coordinate mold trials and track engineering changes
• Design jigs and fixtures with suppliers
• Support production and quality teams in troubleshooting plastic part issues
• Track program progress, tooling activities and BOMs
• Prepare tool-life reports and respond to customer inquiries
• Follow EHS policies

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of project management and production processes
