What they need
- Support and coordinate customer programs from RFQ and NPI through production launch.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams including Engineering, Purchasing, Planning, Production and Quality.
- Assist in RFQ costing, quotation preparation and BOM review.
- Assist with component sourcing, supplier quotations, price comparison, MOQ and lead-time evaluation.
- Track project schedules, material readiness, prototype/sample builds and outstanding actions.
- Support customer enquiries, meetings and project status updates.
- Coordinate project documentation and sample shipments.
- Support business development activities and new business opportunities.
- Maintain RFQ, quotation and project records.
