PROGRAM EXECUTIVE

Primary Responsibilities

• Key Contact Point for Customers and Internal Team:

  • New Project Management / Engineering Change Order Management
  • Quality and Technical Topics Coordination Review
  • Production Orders and Logistics Escalations

• Perform the RFQ / RFI Process for assigned Enquiries or from assigned Customers, including but not limited to:

  • Review Commercial and Technical Requirements
  • Perform Sourcing of Required Materials and Processes
  • Submission of Quotation and Feedback on Technical Feasibility

• Responsible for Commercial Items such as:

  • Preparation of Sales Report and Budgeting
  • Account Receivables and Payables Coordination
  • Expansion of Programs with assigned Accounts

• Create and Upkeep on Bill of Materials and other information within the ERP System

• Building and Upkeep of Rapport with all Stakeholders

Basic Requirements

• Candidate must possess minimum Diploma in Business Studies or relevant field.
• Basic Skills in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word & PowerPoint
• Experience in Project Management, Sales and Marketing, preferably in the field of Manufacturing will be an added advantage
• Able to travel for work when required
