Program Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and implement social impact and community development programs.
• Prepare project proposals, concept notes, and funding applications for funding organisations.
• Identify potential funding agencies, CSR partners, and grant opportunities.
• Coordinate with NGOs, community organisations, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for funding partners.
• Support project budgeting, resource planning, and fund utilisation tracking.
• Monitor program activities and ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
• Conduct field visits and coordinate with implementation partners when required.
• Maintain program records, reports, and relevant documentation.
• Support monitoring and evaluation of project outcomes and impact.
