Program Executive (Sales)

• Build & maintain long lasting relationships with existing customer through regular communication/visits.
• Main point of contract for any customer Q&A and channel such matters to the appropriate person(s) within the Company.
• Team lead to Customer Service and Quote Team to ensure on time delivery and Quote Reponse Time.
• To assist in Customer Service Operation when necessary or situation arises.
• Identification,relationship building and solicitation of RFQs/POs from new and existing customers.
• Get customer feedback on Company quotes,new potential projects and competitor activities.
• Negotiate price changes with customers.
• Responding to and resolving non product related customer complaints.
• Follow up with customer on any open A/R highlighted by Finance.

Requirement

• At least 5 years proven track record within a demanding technical Sales environment.
• Preferred Diploma and or Bachelor Degree preferably in Marketing ,Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferred knowledge in the Program Management and Contract Manufacturing Industry.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Application such as Outlook, Excel , Word and Power Point.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
