Teacher A’s House of Learning is a growing educational center dedicated to nurturing every child’s potential through quality, inclusive, and play-based learning. We specialize in programs that support both typical learners and children with special educational needs (SPED).

Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Program Facilitators/Tutors who are eager to inspire young minds and make a difference in the lives of children. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for teaching and learning, patience, and enthusiasm for working with diverse learners.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Psychology, BEED, BSED or Early Childhood Education
• Willing to handle SPED students
• Can manage 1-on-1 or small group sessions
• Strong English communication skills
• Willing to be assigned in Amadeo, Cavite
• Teaching license is an advantage but not required
• Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
• Willing to attend trainings and seminar

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging and developmentally appropriate sessions for learners.
• Implement individualized lesson plans based on each child’s goals and needs.
• Monitor and record students’ progress and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with parents and the teaching team for consistent learner support.
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.
