Program Head (General Education)

The Program Chair: General Education collaborates with the Dean in the

development, implementation, and evaluation of the specific academic program

he or she is assigned to, including curriculum design, faculty management,

student advising, and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards,

ultimately fostering an environment conducive to academic excellence and

growth.

QualificationsEducation

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the General Education field.
• Master's degree in Education, Liberal Arts, Social Sciences, Humanities, or a related discipline preferred
• Doctoral degree is an advantage but not required

Experience

• At least 3–5 years of teaching experience in higher education.
• Experience in academic coordination, program management, curriculum development, or faculty supervision is preferred.
• Experience as a Program Coordinator, Department Chair, Program Head, or similar academic leadership position is an advantage.

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
