About the role
Supervise and manage the implementation of the Multimedia Arts program in accordance with CHED standards and institutional policies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor faculty performance, student outcomes, and curriculum delivery
- Lead curriculum enhancement, accreditation preparation, and academic quality assurance activities
- Prepare academic reports, class offerings, faculty loading, and program-related documents
- Coordinate with faculty, students, and administrators regarding program concerns and activities
- Promote research, extension, industry linkages, and professional development initiatives
About you
- Holder of at least a Master's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Communication, Information Technology, or related field
- Relevant teaching and administrative experience in higher education
- Knowledgeable in CHED policies, outcomes-based education (OBE), and curriculum development
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Good moral character and professional integrity
