Program Head - Multimedia Arts

About the role

Supervise and manage the implementation of the Multimedia Arts program in accordance with CHED standards and institutional policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor faculty performance, student outcomes, and curriculum delivery
• Lead curriculum enhancement, accreditation preparation, and academic quality assurance activities
• Prepare academic reports, class offerings, faculty loading, and program-related documents
• Coordinate with faculty, students, and administrators regarding program concerns and activities
• Promote research, extension, industry linkages, and professional development initiatives

About you

• Holder of at least a Master's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Communication, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant teaching and administrative experience in higher education
• Knowledgeable in CHED policies, outcomes-based education (OBE), and curriculum development
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Good moral character and professional integrity
