Minimum 15 years of regular, full-time education (10 + 2 + 3)

Non-technical graduation in finance & accounts stream- MBA, M Com, B Com, BBA

Must Have Skills:

• The Program Lead is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder satisfaction, governance compliance, resource management, and continuous improvement.

• The role acts as the primary liaison between client leadership, internal teams, and support functions to drive business outcomes, service quality, and strategic initiatives.

• BPO Experience

• Good communication skills.

Good to Have:

• Client handling

• Presentation skills

• Drive deliverables through delivery governance.

• Ensure deliverables through stakeholder follow-up.

• Track deliverables with delivery leads.

• Drive execution with delivery leads.

• Ensure timely delivery outcomes.

• Client visit handling

• To provide regular updates to Top leadership

• Calibrate along with Lead managers, team leads, and operational teams

• PMO Knowledge (Including commercials)

• Drive Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and leadership discussions.

• Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans through RAID logs.

• Monitor quality, productivity, accuracy, and process compliance.
