Program Lead (Electrification), Offshore Energy

The Role You will spearhead the development and execution of industrial electrification, sustainability, and digital service initiatives. You will ensure seamless project delivery, foster strong stakeholder collaboration, and achieve overall business targets for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the electrification team and drive the adoption of sustainability and digital service offerings.
• Spearhead customer acquisition, marketing activities, and solution pitching for new market opportunities.
• Manage full-cycle customer projects, ensuring structured schedules, cross-functional coordination, and profitability.
• Collaborate with strategic partners (class societies, industry partners) to achieve commercial targets and business vision.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Marine, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in the offshore/marine energy sector, including 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Strong domain knowledge in marine energy operations, emerging green technologies, and carbon markets.
• Solid experience in tender preparation, proposal submissions, and commercial project costing.
• Strategic, adaptable, and capable of bridging high-level management directives with operational execution.
