Program, Lead/Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage customer programs and product manufacturing lifecycle from NPI to mass production.
• Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal teams, including engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and production.
• Develop and manage program timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time project execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical, operational, and supply chain issues impacting program schedules.
• Monitor production performance, including yield, cycle time, and delivery commitments.
• Manage customer requirements, change requests, and engineering changes (ECO/ECN).
• Track program KPIs, cost, schedule, and risk management to maintain program health.
• Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and status reporting.
• Work closely with process engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure smooth product ramp-up and stable production.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the direct superior.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in program management, project management, or customer program leadership.
• Proven experience handling NPI programs, product ramp-up, and high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management and NPI processes.
• Familiarity with manufacturing KPIs, including yield, cycle time, OEE, and throughput.
• Proficiency in program management tools, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in Semiconductor, Electronics or a relevant manufacturing industry environment.
• PMP or other project management certifications.
