Program Manage

Role Description The Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of construction-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and budgets. This part-time remote role includes coordinating project plans, tracking progress, and managing risks across multiple initiatives. Daily tasks involve collaborating with project managers and stakeholders, monitoring resource allocation, and preparing status reports and documentation. The Program Manager will review financial performance, support budgeting decisions, and recommend adjustments to keep programs on track. The role also includes maintaining clear communication channels, facilitating meetings, and promoting consistent use of program management standards and best practices.

• Candidates should possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure cohesive delivery.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Budgeting capabilities to interpret data, manage costs, and support informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and present clear updates and recommendations.
• Candidates should possess the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time setting, demonstrating time management and self-organization.
• Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or infrastructure programs is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, project management, or a related field is preferred, along with familiarity with program management tools and methodologies.
