• Support daily office operation.
• Managing Office suppliers.
• Generate report and organizing document.
• Issue PR to support Engineer and NPI PMO requirement.
• Issue MTS for NPI material transaction.
• Issue Work Order to support NPI build.
• Work with warehouse team to receive / issue material on time.
• Work with IQA team for inspection material to support production on time.

Qualification

• Higher vocational degree or bachelor's degree.
• Experience in administrative tasks.
• Good communication skill.
• MS office is a must.
