Program Management

About the role

Program Management role supporting electronics manufacturing operations. The position involves managing customer relationships, supporting business development, overseeing commercial and strategic responsibilities, coordinating across internal teams, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes to increase customer retention and satisfaction within assigned accounts
• Collect and analyse customer satisfaction data, and track improvement measures from analysis results
• Coordinate customer communications and ensure timely responses to customer issues or inquiries
• Participate in escalation case management such as customer complaints, and develop resolution approaches with relevant stakeholders
• Support development of efficient working guidelines with customers, such as clear communication channels and escalation processes
• Support operations for current and target customers as assigned, working with responsible managers
• Analyse business opportunities and new customer acquisition activities for assigned customers
• Support onboarding of new customer business into working processes
• Prepare, deliver, and track business proposals (Quotation/Offer) systematically, and maintain related documentation
• Implement customer agreements (such as logistics agreements) into working processes, and prepare and coordinate related documentation
• Monitor and support achievement of key performance indicators (KPI) such as revenue and profit according to company policy
• Review and assess customer request conditions or target customer conditions, and take action or forward to costing department as necessary
• Participate in pricing and contract negotiation according to company guidelines
• Prepare and monitor work plans such as revenue and inventory plans, and take corrective action when deviations occur
• Support preparation of customer reports and present performance improvement approaches as needed
• Participate in demand planning meetings such as S&OP according to company guidelines
• Build and maintain internal and external network relationships, and maintain data systematically
• Report operational results and coordinate with responsible managers regularly
• Participate in cross-functional projects and activities to continuously improve working processes
• Continuously develop and update own knowledge and departmental knowledge from internal and external sources
• Comply strictly with legal requirements, various standards, and company policies

About you

• 3-5 years experience in Program Management or Project Management in electronics manufacturing
• Experience in customer management and cross-functional coordination
• Understanding of manufacturing, planning, and project management in EMS/Electronics industry
• Good communication in English or German
• Skills in negotiation, customer management, and business development
• Japanese language communication is a plus (Nice to Have)
