Your Role In your daily job you will:

• Manage the Product Development Process(PDP). This includes coordinating all activities and interfacing with the team.
• Organize and lead program core teams in the efforts of managing project scopes. Manage the program core team’s performances, such as budget and other project driven activities.
• Overall management of projects’ financial KPIs & deliverables, meet related stokehold’s expectations and targets, take appropriate actions to ensure the timing and cost control of programs in scope.
• Facilitate PDP gate reviews for the CBU management reviews.
• Manage the progress of programs and identify roadblocks while elevating, evaluating, and assuring a solution.
• Monitor and control Project Investment(AR) and manage project finance into target;
• Manage customer deliverables to make sure key deliverables on time;
• Upload and maintain project system(such as E tracker system) data up to date.
• Support/Coordinate projects between multi plants/product lines, with multi-project management and portfolio management skills to maintenance the contact window with customer(s). Your Background Key ingredients for succeeding in this role are your:
• Bachelor degree in Engineering;
• Fluent English in Writing and Oral;
• At least 5 years’ working experience, Automotive experience is strongly preferred;
• High responsibility and ownership with strong communication skill;
• Strong sense of problem solving, able to work under pressure;
• Stamping related experience is preferred.
