Program Management (English Speaking )

Job Objective

To lead and manage customer programs from RFQ through production launch and ongoing business support, ensuring customer requirements, quality, delivery, cost targets, and business objectives are achieved. The role will serve as the primary customer interface and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage customer programs from RFQ, quotation, project initiation, NPI, production launch, and mass production support.

2. Review customer requirements, technical specifications, and commercial terms; communicate requirements effectively to all relevant departments.

3. Process customer RFQs and coordinate cross-functional teams to prepare cost analysis, pricing proposals, and customer quotations.

4. Independently review customer contracts, terms & conditions, purchase orders, and commercial agreements to ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.

5. Lead project planning, scheduling, forecasting, and execution to achieve delivery, quality, cost, and timeline targets.

6. Act as the primary customer contact for project updates, schedule commitments, engineering changes, delivery performance, and issue resolution.

7. Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, NPI, Sourcing, Procurement, Materials, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Finance.

8. Monitor project financial performance, including costing, pricing, margin improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.

9. Support new product introduction (NPI), engineering changes, validation activities, and production readiness reviews.

10. Conduct customer business reviews and present project status, risks, mitigation plans, and performance reports.

11. Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and customer satisfaction initiatives throughout the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or related fields.
• Business or commercial exposure will be an advantage.

Required Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, NPI, Customer Program Management, or equivalent roles in manufacturing environments.
• Experience managing customer projects from RFQ through production launch and mass production.
• Experience working with Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, Precision Engineering, or Contract Manufacturing industries is preferred.
• Experience handling customer RFQs, quotations, costing, and commercial coordination.
• Experience reviewing customer contracts, commercial terms, and customer purchase orders independently.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with NPI, BOM, Engineering Change Management, APQP, PPAP, or related program management activities is highly preferred.
