Program Management Executive

Key responsibilities:

• Engaging with customers of various countries globally
• Project management to enable project delivery to meet customer requests
• Managing customer order activity through the order management cycle
• Engaging with the supplier to launch purchase orders, production planning, and delivery arrangements
• Monitoring project status
• Inventory management
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent
• At least 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position
• Well versed in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia, written and spoken
• Be proactive, flexible, have a good attitude and be well-organized
• Be able to work independently, be result-oriented, and be able to handle multiple tasks
• Able to complete the task within the deadline
• Competent in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• A candidate able to start work immediately is an added advantage
