Program Management - New Product Development

Job Purpose

Department: Project Management Office (PMO)
Experience: 8-15 Years

To manage and drive end-to-end customer projects and NPD programs, ensuring timely delivery, cross-functional coordination, customer satisfaction, and successful SOP.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from RFQ/Nomination to SOP & stabilization.
• Coordinate with customers and internal functions including Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, SCM, Purchase, Finance and Sales.
• Track project milestones, timelines, cost, quality and deliverables.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, validation, tooling and launch readiness.
• Identify project risks, delays and issues and ensure timely closure.
• Conduct project reviews and prepare MIS/dashboard reports for management.
• Manage projects across 2W/3W, Tractor, CV & Engines, Construction Equipment, Domestic PV and MSIL.
• Ensure customer requirements and project commitments are achieved within agreed timelines.

Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Automobile / Production preferred;
