With more than 130 years of success, continued growth, and 100% employee ownership, we offer the opportunity to make a lasting impact in a company where collaboration, accountability, and long-term thinking matter.

We're seeking a Program Management Office (PMO) Manager to drive execution across customer programs, strategic initiatives, and new product development efforts. This highly visible leadership role connects customers, operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, and executive leadership to ensure successful outcomes.

Why This Role

This position sits at the intersection of strategy and execution.

As PMO Manager, you'll help shape how Scot Forge delivers value to customers while building the processes, talent, and organizational alignment needed to execute increasingly complex programs. You'll provide visibility to leadership, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and drive consistent program performance across the business.

What You'll Own

  • The strategy, governance, and performance of Scot Forge's Program Management Office

  • Successful execution of complex customer programs and strategic initiatives

  • Development of PMO talent, processes, resource planning, and risk management

  • Alignment across operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, quality, and finance

Success in this role means delivering on commitments, proactively managing risk, and creating value for customers while supporting Scot Forge's long-term growth strategy.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and continuously improve PMO processes, methodologies, and governance standards

  • Direct complex programs from initiation through completion, including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and customer commitments

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to support new product development, business growth, and operational excellence initiatives

  • Communicate program performance and priorities to executives, customers, and key stakeholders

  • Develop, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of program and project management professionals

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

  • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in program management, project management, operations, or a related discipline

  • Proven success leading cross-functional programs, portfolios, budgets, and strategic initiatives

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, financial planning, resource management, and risk mitigation

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills

  • PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certifications are a plus

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and able to pass a pre-employment hair-follicle drug screening

Why Scot Forge

  • 100% employee-owned company with a long history of growth and stability

  • Industry leader serving aerospace, defense, energy, industrial, and transportation markets

  • Opportunity to influence strategic execution across the enterprise

  • Collaborative culture with direct partnership and visibility to executive leadership
