Position: Program Manager

About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Stars Microelectronics (Thailand) Public Company Limited as a Program Management role (Middle - Manager level). As a full-time position based in Ayutthaya, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of key programs and initiatives that are critical to the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

 - Manage project timeline, specification, resources and coordinate with cross-functional team to achieve the project success.

• Manage the demands, forecasts, customer orders and support the customer to achieve on time delivery (OTD), profit and revenue target.

• Analyze sales forecast, market trend and annual budget to support company growth strategy.

• Analyze cost and quotation to achieve the right balance for both new and ongoing project.

• Review the business contract and perform business negotiation to align with the customer

• Manage and monitor the day-to-day manufacturing activities, improvement and shipment for highest quality for both new and mass production project

• Represent the company in interfacing with the customer ensuring the customer satisfaction and service quality

• De-escalate and support team member to resolve the issue arise from project activities

• Support executive management in achieve the sales and marketing KPIs

• Develop and maintain client relationship.

• Participate in proposal preparation.

Qualification:

 - Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Optical or Mechanical) from an accredited university, Master Degree a plus

-  5 -10 years in electronics manufacturing environment.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of Electronic

• Experience in project management.

• Both Thai and English are fluent.

• High level of English (spoken and written)

• Team player, results-focused, determined, responsible.

• Good people management skills; good customer handling skills

• Computer literacy

• Strategic thinking. enthusiastic, able to work under pressure, initiative and strong analytical skill

• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills

• Excellent Presentation & Communication skills.

• Able to travel & short-stay overseas

• Work experience in engineering field will be added advantage
