Job Position: Program Manager- Business Analyst/ Data Analyst

Location: Bellandur, Bangalore

About the Role

The Business Analyst will work on high-impact strategic and analytical initiatives that improve

profitability and operational efficiency at Shadowfax. The role demands strong analytical skills,

sharp business understanding, and the ability to break down complex, unstructured problems into actionable solutions (Designing, cost optimization projects, P&L, Dashboard preparation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Regional vehicle cost (Zonal) part of the Operations & Distribution cost, and drive continuous

improvement in cost per shipment.

• Monitor, publish, and communicate key cost metrics and improvement opportunities across

operational teams and management.

• Define, develop and track cost targets; program-manage major cost reduction initiatives with

cross-functional owners.

• (Preferred) Support zonal network route optimization and capacity planning.
• Translate data into actionable insights through rigorous quantitative analysis and business

interpretation.

• Provide data-driven inputs for strategic planning, forecasting and long-term decision-making.
• Work on unstructured business problems, applying first-principles thinking, structured problem

solving and strong commercial judgement.

• Deliver high-quality work with attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Background & Skills

• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and strong proficiency in Excel, and a work experience of 0-2

years with analysing data.

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong business understanding with the ability to connect on-ground operational callouts to

underlying process gaps.

• Problem-solving mindset with openness to learning and adapting in a fast-paced, dynamic

environment.

• Exposure to e-commerce logistics operations would be good but not a must.
