What they need
Job Title: Program Manager – Automotive Seating Systems experience Mandatory
Location: MSKH, Pune (Chakan)
- Experience: 4–10 years (Not above 10 years)
- CTC: Up to ₹18 LPA (exceptional cases up to ₹20 LPA)
- SHIFT: General SHIFT
- Industry: Automotive Car Seating ONLY – Mandatory
Key Requirements:
- End-to-end program management from RFQ to SOP.
- Strong experience in car seating / seating structure NPD and program launches.
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA and IATF 16949.
- OEM customer management and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience in program timing, cost, quality, tooling, validation and production launch.
