Program Manager (Banking, Central, Murex)

We are seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to lead the Murex Upgrade Programme, overseeing end-to-end delivery across business and technology workstreams. This role will serve as the primary coordination point between Singapore and Indonesia stakeholders, ensuring successful planning, governance, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Contract: 12 Months

Location: Central

Key Responsibilities

Lead project governance, planning, reporting, and stakeholder management activities.

Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and budgets.

Coordinate business, technology, operations, finance, and risk stakeholders across Singapore and Indonesia.

Oversee SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and deployment readiness.

Manage vendor engagement and delivery, including coordination with Murex and implementation partners.

Lead cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization activities.

Drive business readiness, change management, training, and communications.

Requirements

10+ years of project management experience within Banking, Treasury, Capital Markets, or Financial Services.

Strong experience delivering

Murex upgrade, migration, or transformation programmes

.

Good understanding of Front Office, Operations, Finance, Risk, and Technology functions.

Proven experience managing governance, testing, cutover, go-live, and stakeholder engagement.

Strong vendor management and senior stakeholder communication skills.

Experience working on regional or cross-border programmes.

Willingness to travel to Indonesia during key project phases.
