Program Manager- Bharat Bill Payment System ( BBPS )

We are looking for a Program Manager to manage the end-to-end operations of the Bharat Bill Payment System (BBPS), including partner onboarding, technical integrations, regulatory compliance, operational support, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage onboarding and integration of billers, agent institutions, and operating units.
• Coordinate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and information security teams.
• Handle partner relationships, operational issues, escalations, and production support.
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, NPCI regulations, and BBPS requirements.
• Coordinate UAT, testing, certification, and production go-live.
• Monitor transaction volumes, revenue, profitability, and business performance.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management updates.
• Drive business growth and improve partner productivity.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of BBPS, NPCI products, bill payments, or digital payments.
• Experience in partner onboarding, system integration, and UAT.
• Understanding of RBI regulations, compliance, risk management, and audits.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; MBA preferred.

Preferred Background: Banking, Digital Banking, Payments, FinTech, or Financial Services.
