Job Summary

We are looking for a Program Manager – Business Operations & Retail Strategy to drive business planning, sales strategy, and operational excellence across a set of stores within Lenskart's 2,700+ store network.

The role will involve translating business and store performance data into actionable strategies, driving AOP planning, and partnering with regional and cross-functional teams to improve revenue, productivity, and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own store-level business planning across key metrics such as revenue, footfall, conversion, and ATV.
• Drive structured Weekly Business Reviews (WBR) and Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) with ZMs/AOMs to identify performance gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze store performance to identify key sales drivers including category mix, staffing productivity, merchandising, and local demand patterns.
• Develop and execute sales excellence initiatives to improve store productivity and revenue performance.
• Lead ground-up inputs for the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by translating store and regional trends into realistic business targets.
• Track performance against AOP and identify opportunities and interventions to deliver business outcomes.
• Design and manage business programs such as incentive schemes, productivity drives, category push programs, staffing interventions, and training initiatives.
• Own end-to-end program governance including planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, adoption, and impact measurement.
• Partner with Tech & Product teams to identify operational bottlenecks and develop dashboards, automation, and store-facing solutions to improve productivity.
• Work closely with ZMs/AOMs and Circle Heads to identify and resolve store-level constraints related to staffing, merchandising, and service levels.
• Maintain region-wise trackers to monitor business initiatives and measure their impact on revenue and productivity.
• Identify long-term growth opportunities through new categories, productivity levers, market-specific strategies, and process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Business/Program Management, Retail Strategy, Sales Operations, Consulting, E-commerce, or Retail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable business strategies.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Exposure to Power BI, SQL, or other analytics tools will be an advantage.
• Experience in driving cross-functional programs from concept to execution and measurable impact.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and drive outcomes without direct authority.
• Ability to work closely with Tech/Product teams to build productivity-focused solutions.
• Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills.
• MBA / B.Tech from a premium institute preferred.
