Key Responsibilities1. Partner Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding of new business partner campuses — documentation, infrastructure readiness, systems setup, and compliance with Company operating standards.
  • Conduct orientation sessions for partner leadership and staff on Company processes, curriculum, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure each new campus is fully operational and audit-ready within defined onboarding timelines (e.g., 30/60/90-day milestones).

2. Campus Business Development Support

  • Work with campus owners to create, execute and monitor 30-60-90 day business plan.
  • Work closely with partner campus owners/managers to build and execute local student acquisition and lead-generation plans.
  • Support campuses in setting enrollment targets, tracking funnel performance, and identifying growth levers (school/college tie-ups, local marketing, referral programs, community outreach).
  • Share best practices and successful playbooks across campuses; identify and replicate high-performing strategies.
  • Monitor campus-wise business performance (leads, conversions, revenue) and provide data-backed recommendations.

3. Counsellor Training & Capability Building

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for campus counsellors — covering consultative selling, objection handling, course/product knowledge, and CRM/lead management discipline.
  • Conduct regular refresher trainings, role-plays, and certification assessments for counsellors.
  • Build training toolkits, scripts, FAQs, and SOPs to standardize counselling quality across campuses.
  • Track counsellor performance (conversion ratios, follow-up discipline) and coach underperforming teams.

4. Program & Relationship Management

  • Act as the single point of contact between HQ and assigned partner campuses, ensuring smooth communication and issue resolution.
  • Conduct periodic campus visits/audits to assess operational, academic, and business health.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports, dashboards, and reviews to leadership.
  • Ensure partner campuses adhere to brand, quality, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience
