About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the delivery of structured cabling programs across large-scale data center projects. This role is responsible for managing multiple projects from planning through execution, ensuring safe delivery, quality compliance, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of structured cabling projects within data center environments.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to achieve project milestones.
• Develop and maintain program schedules, resource plans, and project budgets.
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety requirements.
• Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests, implementing mitigation plans as required.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide regular project reporting, forecasting, and executive updates.
• Drive quality, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience managing structured cabling, ICT, network infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Strong understanding of copper and fiber optic cabling systems, testing, and commissioning practices.
• Experience delivering multiple projects simultaneously in mission-critical environments.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and scheduling tools.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

• Data Center construction or fit-out projects.
• Structured cabling systems (fiber backbone, copper, containment, pathways).
• Network infrastructure deployment and migration activities.
• Managing regional or multi-site cabling programs.
