As part of the ArtiFlex family of companies, ArtiCast/Falcon combines the agility of a growing business with the stability, resources, and employee ownership culture of an established manufacturing organization.

If you're passionate about manufacturing, enjoy solving complex technical challenges, and thrive when leading cross-functional teams, we'd like to meet you.

What You'll Do: As the primary leader for assigned customer programs, you'll guide projects from award through production launch and ongoing delivery, ensuring expectations for timing, quality, cost, and performance are met.

Program Leadership:

  • Own program schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and customer deliverables from kickoff through production.
  • Drive successful launches by coordinating engineering, operations, quality, supply chain, and commercial teams.
  • Develop and execute recovery plans when risks, timing concerns, or technical challenges arise.
  • Track program financial performance and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Casting & Machining Operations:

  • Coordinate casting development, tooling, machining process planning, prototypes, validation activities, and production readiness.
  • Partner with engineering and manufacturing teams to review drawings, tolerances, material specifications, and manufacturability.
  • Monitor tooling readiness, capacity requirements, yields, scrap rates, cycle times, and corrective actions.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance production efficiency.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the life of the program.
  • Provide clear communication regarding schedules, launch activities, concerns, and project status.
  • Lead customer meetings and facilitate issue resolution.
  • Build strong customer relationships that support long-term business growth.

Quality & Launch Excellence:

  • Coordinate APQP, PPAP, engineering changes, and customer approval requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional problem-solving efforts and root cause investigations.
  • Ensure launches meet customer quality expectations and production requirements.
  • Support change management activities while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Why This Role Matters: This position sits at the center of everything we do. You'll work across casting, machining, engineering, quality, supply chain, and customer teams to bring new products to life.

Success means:

  • Launching programs on time and within budget
  • Meeting customer quality expectations
  • Managing risks before they become issues
  • Supporting profitable growth
  • Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing manufacturing programs involving cast and machined components.
  • Working knowledge of casting processes, tooling, machining, dimensional inspection, and production launches.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T.
  • Strong customer communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Automotive or other high-volume manufacturing experience.
  • Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Experience utilizing ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Experience managing new product launches in a manufacturing environment.

The Ideal Candidate: You are a natural leader who enjoys bringing people together to solve problems and achieve results. You understand the realities of manufacturing environments and can effectively communicate with customers, engineers, machinists, quality professionals, and plant leadership.
