该职位来源于猎聘 Job Overview： Leads New Product Introduction (N.P.I) programs by managing multidisciplinary globally and/or locally distributed teams Contribute to drive the change among the Braking organization in terms of program management leadership, discipline, communication and skills development Follow Advanced Product Quality Planning process for all development projects, and other types of internal projects to ensure Braking organization delivers in accordance with well-defined goals (performance, timing, quality, and cost) Contribute to continuous improvement of organizations and processes *Key Responsibilities Lead assigned regional or global programs from timing, cost, quality, performance and capacity perspective

Work closely with sales, engineering, and operations to create team accountability

Review programs on a regular basis with the cross-functional team

Report progresses and issues to the management

Monitor the performance of project teams upon agreed upon key metrics

Evaluate risk, develop risk mitigation plan, and escalate with possible solutions in timely manner for projects/programs

Work closely with project team members inclusive of central functions and personnel at braking manufacturing facilities and coordinate manufacturing requirements between customer manufacturing facilities and those of Braking organization with respect to specific program needs.

Utilize current APQP Gate Tracking tools for project management and Change management

Work directly with customers and suppliers as needed on specific programs

Participate in the annual expense and budget planning process where needed

Provide during Braking BU budget preparation a proper forecast of New Product Introduction related to the customer he is in charge, by plant, Contribute to continuous improvement of program management Manages additional business special projects if necessary

• Qualifications (Education/ Experience/ Key Competencies) Minimum 3 years of working experience in automotive industry.

BS Engineering, Professional Program Management, or equivalent experience

Sufficient evidence of technical and project management experience, Engineering (applicants or testing), Quality or Operational background Braking systems or Friction materials knowledge is a plus Work independently to plan and manage projects crossing over functional departments.

English as working language in both written and oral.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook, Teams, etc.). Open mindset for innovation and changes.
