Program Manager

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, execution oversight, and stakeholder coordination across the various workstreams of the project.

Acts as Implementation Support during and after the project's delivery to ensure proper execution and maximum adoption

• Works with the Project Delivery team to ensure the solution meets the requirements
• Collaborate closely with the Solution Architect to validate solution mapping and technical alignment.
• Collaborates with users to create workarounds and interim processes if necessary
• Partner with the Test Lead/QA team to confirm adequate test coverage and alignment with acceptance criteria.
• Works with the Test Lead to ensure the proper test representatives from both business and technical teams are engaged
• Supports testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixes during cut-over
• Ensure every requirement is properly linked to corresponding design, development, and testing artifacts for end-to-end traceability.
• Works with the Training team to ensure delivery of training sessions, creation of guides, FAQs, walkthroughs, and other necessary cascade materials, and user support
• Acts as the users' go-to person during Hypercare and helps guide new users through user account setup and use of the system
• Continually advocates for the new system and can explain features, workflows, and best practices
• Monitors adoption and ensures smooth handover to Operations/Operations Support teams
• Gathers user feedback and shares it with the Project Delivery team for further system improvements

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management and cross-functional stakeholder coordination
• Familiarity with Telco and internal systems, operational processes, and project lifecycle
• Prior involvement in, or working knowledge of, BSS Modernization initiatives and systems integration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Capable of Basic technical understanding of BSS and OSS systems, with previous similar work experience an advantage
• Project management and organizational skills
• Critical thinking, requirements gathering, process analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication abilities
• Customer service-oriented, training, and project coordination skills
