Program Manager

About the role

Oversee, manage, and handle the day-to-day operations and execution of the company's certification programmes. Define program scope, objectives, requirements, and deliverables in alignment with business standards and market demand.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, external partners, and subject matter experts to ensure smooth delivery of certification modules
• Manage certification timelines, participant onboarding, evaluation processes, and program budgets
• Monitor quality assurance, gather feedback, and evaluate program productivity to implement continuous improvements
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, records, and reporting on certification program performance and milestones
• Ensure overall delivery, compliance, and high quality of service to program participants
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education/Training, or a related discipline
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in program management, handling professional certifications, or event/training operations
• Proven track record in managing program lifecycles, operational logistics, and participant onboarding
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to monitor budgets, timelines, and deliverables
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills to liaise with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and external partners
• Analytical ability to gather participant feedback, monitor quality standards, and drive continuous improvement
