What they need
Role & responsibilities
- Minimum 15+ years of IT industry experience.
- At least 8 years of experience managing large Digital Transformation, Smart Governance, or e-Governance programs.
- Proven experience in implementation and management of:
- State Government Portals
- Central Government Portals
- Single Window Systems
- Digital Governance Platforms
- ERP Solutions
- CRM Platforms
- Enterprise Application Platforms
- Experience in managing multi-vendor and multi-department programs.
- Strong understanding of government project execution frameworks, program governance, and PMO operations.
Preferred candidate profile
- PMP / PRINCE2
- IACT / IASSC Certified Green / Black Belt
- SWM Lifecycle Knowledge
- Application Knowledge
- Experience in ICT
- Program Governance and PMO Management
- Portfolio Planning and Prioritization
- Strategic Planning and Roadmap Development
